Wilbers Powered by ZF open Cartridge Kit

This cartridge kit has been specially developed for the current BMW F-Series. The different construction of the fork legs allows the mounting of a cartridge system only on the right side of the fork.

Nevertheless, we have achieved the maximum possible with our solution from the standard fork. In the left-hand spar the standard spring is replaced by a progressively wound Wilbers Zero Friction fork spring. In the right fork spar we replaced the standard non-adjustable cartridge with a Wilbers powered by ZF open Cartidge. This offers now the possibility to adjust the rebound damping as well as the spring preload.

The result, together with Wilbers Zero Friction fork oil, is a much better response of the fork as well as an enormous increase in comfort with sufficient reserves even when riding fast and braking hard.

The kit consists of the following components:
- 1x progressive Zero Friction fork spring for the left fork leg (when lowered, incl. reduction sleeve)
- 1x Wilbers powered by ZF open cartridge for the right fork leg (adjustable in rebound damping and spring preload)
- 1 or 2 litres of fork oil SAE 5
