solution maybe is the most comfortable way to adjust the spring preload. Using a hand knob that comes with a bracket specified for your motorcycle, you can easily adjust the riding level to match additional passenger and/or loading situations. The adjustment range is 10 mm.
The X-PA offers you the option to regulate the spring preload and therewith the vehicle level by the included box spanner in a breath. The purely mechanical adjustment mechanism is very light and, due to its robustness, best suited for enormous loads. The adjustment range is 15 mm.
The ZF-PA is a hydraulic spring tensioner that is directly integrated on the shock absorber. The advantage is that you do not have to mount an external hand knob to the vehicle. Nowadays especially current motorcycle models rarely offer space for a separate had wheel. Easily reachable and adjustable without much force, this preload option can be tuned for up to 15 mm.
The
E-PA is an electrohydraulic spring preload. This system is exclusive to our WESA-X shock absorbers. Using the control unit of the WESA-X system, you can adjust the seating level at the push of a button to different loading situations in 5 steps.

With
the Wilbers ride-height-adjustment the length of the shock absorber can be modified over a thread located at the lower shock mount for +/-5mm. Normally this is possible while the shock absorber is installed.
Depending on the type of the motorcycle, the seating height can be adjusted for up to +/-15mm. This is for example useful on the racetrack to influence the caster and therewith the steering behavior of the motorcycle.
The Honda CB 750 Hornet comes with linear fork springs, which are a little too firm for their intended use. The Wilbers conversion therefore relies on progressive fork springs, which results in significantly better response and offers more reserve in the second spring rate than the standard equipment.
On the rear shock, a relatively hard spring is fitted ex-works, which for most riders hardly compresses at all in potholes and bumps. The solution from Wilbers relies on a somewhat softer spring with additionally adjusted rebound and compression damping.
This makes the Honda Hornet much more stable and comfortable to ride.
The negative spring deflections are a bit too low at delivery, both front and rear. This is corrected at Wilbers. Due to a slightly longer design of the Wilbers shock absorber, the seat height for the driver remains at standard height.
The Adjustline mono-shock is the foundation of the Wilbers suspension array. It does not make any compromises, neither in handling, nor durability! Equipped with a radial piston, wet run and teflon guided self-aligning bearings it sets a high innovation standard. It offers continuously adjustable spring preload and a rebound adjustment over an open bleed system in 22 clicks as well as spring and damping are both picked in accordance to the riders´ data. ABE and 5 years warranty define the standard! Due to the Wilbers assembly system all setup requirements or special lengths can be considered! Product may vary from picture.
